The Piedrecillas garden is situated in the valley cut by the river, rio Turvilla, high in the sierras of the national park of the Tejeda, Alhama and Almijara mountains. Close to the village of Canillas de Albaida it enjoys the luxuries of clean air, crystalline water and warm sunshine.

The plants and flowers thrive and as they grow we cut and dry. The suns warm rays concentrates the oils which gives the leaves their strong aromas. beneficial and up-lifting to smell; the plants, in their freshly dried form, are of great nourishment to the body. Either taken as “tea” infusions or through the skin as applied in soaps, bath water supplements, skin and body cleansers and tonics. Naturally they give interesting and delightful touches to meat, fish or vegetable dishes. The organic herbs that are consistently available from the garden; Mint, Rosemary, Oregano, Peppermint, Sage, Marjoram, Wild lemon Thyme, Camomile, Calendula, Lavender, Lemon balm, Wild nettle and Bay.
